AromaReiki sessions are comprised of aromatherapy combined with Reiki. Scents are customized with you!

Aromatherapy is the use of natural aromatic “essential oils” from plants to support wellness of the body, and uplift the mind, emotions and spirit. Essential oils have been used for thousands of years to support physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.


Reiki is a clothes-on, very light-touch, holistic relaxation modality that falls within the range of complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) biofield therapy practices. It uses gentle touch on or above the body along with a meditative body-mind connection to help support the body’s natural ability to balance and self-healing on the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels.
