Reiki is a clothes-on, very light-touch, holistic relaxation modality that falls within the range of complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) biofield therapy practices. It uses gentle touch on or above the body along with a meditative body-mind connection to help support the body’s natural ability to balance and self-healing on the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels.

After months of putting it off I had my first Reiki Session yesterday with Terrie Look, AMAZING!!!!! I am always one to put off trying new things but must say I was pleasantly surprised with the outcome. I felt the best I have felt and the most relaxed in a long time.
